Laboratory Perfumes

The beginning of this fragrance was from a young verbena leaf plucked from a friend's garden on a spring afternoon.

They crushed a sprig of that verbena with a pinch of juniper berries from the grocery store and Samphire began to take shape. Moving from the kitchen to the laboratory, they blended citrus oil, lavender, basil, and rosemary flourishes, and base notes of white amber and oakmoss to create a bright, fresh, aromatic fragrance with a lightness that belies its complexity and longevity.

Made with paraffin.
